Boutique-Hotel Alemannenhof

The staff made our winter weekend feel special with lots of thoughtful touches. We hadn’t told anyone it was a birthday, but they still reserved and decorated a breakfast table for us, and the cake was really good. We never even expected that. The location is beautiful, the room was amazing and looked even better than the photos. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent four nights here, with plenty of activities nearby, and the hotel really delivers on its food and service. The food was outstanding, the wine selection was great, and the rooms overlooking Lake Titisee were lovely. There’s also an amazing sauna barrel just outside the pool. This is a delightful, high-quality traditional hotel in the Black Forest, close to Alsace and Switzerland. My only suggestions: add tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, and reconsider providing just one bottle of water per stay. That feels a bit mean, so better to provide none. I highly recommend the hotel.

The walk into town is an easy downhill stroll, about 10-15 minutes, and getting a lake-view room is well worth it. This is a cute, quiet, romantic boutique hotel in the Black Forest right on the lake. Our room was very clean, and the staff were kind. We used the free paddle boards and sauna, booked a massage, and enjoyed fresh, delicious breakfasts with plenty of options each morning. Dinner at the restaurant on our first night was solid too.

The view over the forest and lake from our window was stunning. We had a spacious, clean, well-kept room with a small kitchen that included a microwave, dishwasher, electric stovetop, and refrigerator. It was in a separate area about 400 meters from the main hotel building, where breakfast was served. Each morning, a box with fresh croissants, jam, and fruit was left outside our door early, before breakfast. Breakfast itself was fresh and tasty, and the staff were kind and attentive. Reception staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling whenever we needed anything. We stayed at NATURE TITISEE for six nights and had a wonderful time. It’s a welcoming place with comfortable rooms and great service, and I definitely recommend it.
