We spent 10 days there and had a wonderful stay. The Ruderichs are incredibly kind hosts, and it was a pleasure coming back to the modernly furnished apartment after our day trips. Sassanfahrt also makes a great base for different excursions. There's a small garden behind the house, with a little swimming pool to cool off in. Many thanks again!

We could really relax in quiet Sassanfahrt, with lovely hikes in nature, bike rides, or just time to lounge around. It's only 1 km from Hirschaid, a friendly community, and Hirschaid is a 10-minute train ride from Bamberg, a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nuremberg, Forchheim, and Erlangen are worth visiting too. The Ruderich family made us feel so welcome. They met us at the train station, showed us where to shop, and drove us there. They were hospitable and helpful, great with the children, and still discreet. The apartment was spacious, cozy, fully equipped, beautifully furnished, and brand new. It stayed at a perfect temperature during the hot days. Behind the house, the garden has a small but wonderful swimming pool that was paradise for the children, plus a cozy place to have breakfast or dinner outside. Many thanks again to the Ruderich family for a wonderful stay in Sassanfahrt. Best wishes! Mrs. Parisi

These apartments are gorgeous. The bed linens were perfect, and they had everything from dishes to appliances. I felt even more comfortable than at home. I highly recommend them.
