The circular trail around Hohnstein starts right at the accommodation, and the modern outdoor pool is just opposite. Our hostess, Margita, is also happy to share hiking tips free of charge. Parking is easy on the property, and there are restaurants nearby, though the fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to cook for yourself. We stayed in the Schade family's clean, well-kept, well-equipped apartment, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Saxon Switzerland is a special place for nature lovers, especially anyone who enjoys hiking. We’ll definitely come back.

It’s a nice apartment in a quiet spot, and the furnishings are generally fine. A few extra plates and knives would help, since otherwise you end up washing dishes every day.
