The spacious rooms and polite reception staff were a plus, but the place still felt gloomy and unwelcoming. Breakfast was especially disappointing: there was hardly anything to choose from, and the water for tea was only warm. A sad hotel experience overall.

Two of us on motorcycles needed somewhere to shelter on a rainy night, and this reasonably priced, decent hotel worked well. The restaurant and breakfast were good, but the staff's warmth stood out most. A very agreeable place to stay.

The rooms are comfortable, and the front desk staff were really helpful. It's a pretty basic hotel, and the restaurant and bar aren't open regularly. I'd stay here again.

The rooms are nice, and the staff were friendly and flexible. A handy place to stay if you're going to an event at the Lausitzhalle Hoyerswerda.

The service was good, and the food was good too. A nice hotel with clean rooms.
