The room was comfortable and suited what we expected for a short stay. The location worked well for us, and having free parking was a big plus. The housekeeping, though, was a real letdown. I found a hole in my bedsheet, took it off and left it on the floor to be replaced. The replacement had even more holes, as shown in the photos I attached. On the second day, the hand towel was dirty and the toilet paper hadn’t been replenished. Those hygiene issues had a real negative effect on our stay.

The tram into Cologne is only a 7-minute walk away, and there’s free parking. Our room was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, and the staff were really nice. Everything was very good. We recommend this hotel, 5/5.

We had a lovely breakfast, and the receptionist was helpful. The bed was so comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Getting into central Cologne was easy: the tram is 15-20 minutes on foot or a 5-minute drive away, with plenty of parking at the station for the short ride in. A good choice if you want to avoid city center prices and don’t mind using public transport. Best hotel sleep I’ve had in years.

The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, and the place was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Service was excellent too. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere near Cologne and Bonn!

Some parts of the hotel are under construction. The air conditioning is great if you want to cool down, and the beds are comfortable. The towels and sheets are excellent quality, and everything was very clean. The restaurant across the street, toms truffs?, was really good.
