The location is great, the parking is reasonably priced, and breakfast was good, with tasty fish and eggs made to order. We only found out too late that specialty coffee was available, since we were offered regular coffee. The spa downstairs was nice, but nobody refreshed the water or snacks, so I had to go upstairs to ask for water. We were disappointed by the hotel. The spa is what keeps it from feeling like a three-star place, but it doesn't earn four stars. Staff weren't especially friendly when we arrived. The room was plain and small, with a mattress that felt three-star, it flipped up if you landed on it too hard. For a four-star hotel, I was surprised there was no coffee machine or kettle for tea, and a bedside outlet would be useful for charging. There wasn't even a rain shower head. I'm unsure why the toilet window looks into the bedroom. The small balcony faces the parking lot, and getting to the chair meant squeezing through.

The location is perfect, right in the center of the beautiful village. The staff were helpful and polite, and cleaning clearly matters here. Rooms are on the small side but arranged cleverly. There's parking at the hotel for a small fee, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. I can recommend this hotel to solo travelers and families alike.

The staff were very friendly, but this didn't feel like a four-star hotel. There was no air conditioning, and the room felt like a third sauna. The bed had no topper, so comfort was poor, and there was lots of noise from the street. There was no fridge, kettle, or body lotion, despite it being a spa. The spa had only two saunas, and the steam bath was out of order. Breakfast was simple, and there wasn't enough space for all the people.

The room was comfortable and nice. I did miss having a machine for coffee or hot water for tea.
