I've stayed in hotels nearly every week for almost eight years, and I've never come across service this crappy.

If zero stars were an option, I'd give them that. We tried to cancel our booking four hours later because of a cancellation issue. Booking.com was prepared to cancel it for free, but the accommodation still wants the full amount. That's greedy and unprofessional. Book somewhere else instead of dealing with such unfriendly, unhelpful people.

WARNING! They kept my money after rejecting my reservation. My booking said I planned to arrive at 9 pm, but the guesthouse turned it down because apparently you cannot check in after 7 pm. There was no key box or anything like that. I called, and we agreed to cancel since I couldn't get there earlier. Even so, the accommodation kept the money and won't refund me, despite having no expenses. The staff were unfriendly on top of that. A really bad experience.

There are lots of rules, and nothing for you to cook with.

Nothing special. They wouldn't show me the rooms until I'd paid.
