Ulrike made us feel very welcome and was friendly and accommodating throughout. Breakfast was generous and delicious, served in a cosy kitchen where it was easy to chat with the other guests. The house has a nice balance: you can have your own space, while still enjoying a sense of community. It's right by the fields at the edge of the village, yet only a short walk from the train station. A warm, personal stay that felt very different from a commercial place.

We only had one night here, which felt too short. The hostess was so kind and friendly that we felt at home right away, and breakfast was excellent too. A beautiful place to stay, highly recommended.

I sent a friend who was visiting me to stay here, and the hostess even made breakfast to suit his needs. That kind of personal attention is hard to find. The Alps view is lovely, too. Getting there without a car is the drawback, though. From the S-Bahn station it's an easy uphill walk, but with luggage it takes 20-30 minutes, and you're pretty much stuck there without a car. That's why I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5.

Breakfast in the roomy, cosy kitchen feels like sitting at your mother's table. Ulrike is caring and very helpful with her guests. The house is warm and welcoming, peaceful, and has a magnificent mountain view just outside Munich.

We stayed for a weekend with two adults and two children, and the place worked perfectly well for us. It feels very homey, and Ulrike was such a good hostess that we'd give her five stars. There's a clean, nicely furnished shared bathroom, plus a separate fridge for guests. Breakfast is served generously in the shared kitchen. The common living room has toys for little ones, board games, a TV, and space to read or have coffee or tea. If you're after peace and a closer connection to nature, you'll be in good hands here. Thanks so much for having us.
