The views are fantastic, and the food was good too. The owners were absolutely lovely. A fantastic place!

We loved the peaceful setting, surrounded by nature and away from the noise, and the views were spectacular. The place felt like home, thanks to the cozy atmosphere and warm welcome. Every meal was a treat, and we’re already thinking of returning for a longer stay, probably with a bigger group. The spa could use some improvement, though. With such a relaxing setting, better spa facilities would have made the stay even nicer.

The weather was foggy during our weekend, so we couldn't really enjoy the surrounding nature, though it looked amazing. That's one reason I'd like to come back in spring. We really enjoyed the food, especially dinner in one of the two gondolas, which made for a lovely, romantic occasion. Breakfast had a generous buffet as well. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We only lasted one night before leaving. The staff and owner were unfriendly, and the sauna options felt poor for what we paid.

Our family room was very spacious, and the staff were so kind. The kids had an indoor play area and were offered things to paint with during meals, which was great. The hotel is well kept and in a perfect location. Breakfast was great, and dinner was delicious. Definitely recommend it for families!
