It used to be cleaner, and both the range of dishes and their quality were better before. At least some other hotels in Ingo keep the higher standard they had before while charging the same as Am Campus.

Our staff member was clearly busy and working hard, but still made time for a nice chat. He spoke perfect English, welcomed us warmly, and suggested good places to eat nearby. Since it was late, we ordered takeaway instead. Eating in the lobby was no problem, and he brought us silverware and even disposed of our rubbish.

It’s a business hotel, located quite far outside town. The rooms are clean and good, and the service is friendly, attentive, and good as well.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the area was quiet enough to rest well. The reception staff were super friendly, and special mention to Francesca in the buffet 😍.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good. The service, though, was amazing, better than at a five-star hotel!
