The staff were very, very helpful, and the owner and team deserve compliments. That's hospitality with a capital H. Our 40 m3 room had a walk-in shower and a superb bed. The shampoo was great, too. Breakfast was even better, with a ginger shot. We were allowed to stay an extra hour past checkout, no problem. The hotel is near Jever's old city, with a fancy restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the rooms are comfortable and quite new. The bathroom towels hadn't been changed, and there was no written notice explaining that, for ecological reasons, they would only be changed every two or three days. I had to leave a day early for private reasons and was charged the room cost. I don't understand that during the off-season. Also, the hotel provides just one bottle of water for the whole stay, not one each day like any four-star hotel.

We stayed in the Bremaster suite, and it was lovely, with obvious care given to the details. The service was outstanding. You can tell this isn't a big corporate hotel, but a place run by people who are passionate about what they do. Highly recommended.

The breakfast itself was hard to fault, and we’d happily come back for it. The Parkhotel’s atmosphere felt really pleasant, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. We’ve rarely felt so well looked after. We’d definitely recommend having breakfast there.
