The pub nearby stays open, and we were still awake at 3 a.m. because of the noise. I wouldn't book here again. Honestly, sleeping in the street would be better.

The breakfast was more than I expected 🥳, and the staff were friendly. It’s right in the heart of Altstadt. The rooms are old, but very clean and kept in great condition.

They even let us leave our bikes in the yard, which was kind of them. My husband and I stayed here while cycling across Europe, and found the staff friendly and the location right in the middle of town, near bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, shower gel and soap. There was a small sofa for watching TV and a little seating area by the entrance.

We slept fine and didn't have any problems with noise, though this part of Dusseldorf is loud in general. If noise bothers you, you may want to stay elsewhere. The hotel felt cozy, like a family-run BNB, and was clean and professional. Good value, too.

Good value, a great breakfast, and staff who speak English and are pleasant to deal with. The location is great, and it worked really well for our family holiday.
