On a bike trip along the former Iron Curtain route, this guesthouse was in just the right spot. It was tidy and clean, and the single room was reasonably priced. A few renovations here and there would make the place perfect. There's a good washing machine for laundry, plus shared access to two showers, a bath, two toilets, and a kitchen. A great choice for cyclists who want a more comfortable night's sleep and a chance to freshen up.

For a one or two night stop in Lower Saxony, this place is fine. The area is peaceful, and there are some nice cycling routes nearby. The building and rooms are clean, but they feel like time stopped here 20 years ago. The place could use some freshening up.
