The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the rooms felt spacious, modern, and very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was convenient, though getting through the entrance was tight. Housekeeping did well, but I’d have liked fresh towels more often. In June the room got uncomfortable because the AC didn’t work. The front desk gave us a fan, which helped, and said they’d try to repair the AC, but it never happened. I skipped breakfast, though my colleague said it wasn’t good. I’d still recommend staying here, and hope the AC is working by the time you visit.

It’s just a few steps from restaurants, the mall, and everyday services, so the location is really handy. The rooms aren’t fancy, but the service was excellent. The staff are friendly and were happy to arrange a gluten-free breakfast when I asked.

Book well ahead, especially if you want to choose your room. Some have lovely views and others look onto the courtyard, and elevator access varies by room. The location near downtown makes it easy to reach lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms are updated, very clean, and the staff are exceptionally nice and speak English. Breakfast has both European and American-style options, and there’s a small bar. I had a really good stay.

The Wi-Fi is fast, though calls on WhatsApp kept dropping and Wi-Fi also dropped on my Apple phone for some reason. Apart from that, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms looked brand new, with modern features, heated floors, and an amazing walk-in shower. Easily the best hotel to stay at in Kasierslautern.

It’s close to the center, so you can get around on foot, and the service was very good with really kind staff. I didn’t care for the pillows. On hot days it was hard to sleep because our room had no air conditioning.
