The terrace was great, and the food was exceptional, especially considering German food can be underrated. I was put up here for work without knowing what to expect, so it turned out to be a lovely surprise. It had all the usual hotel things, like rooms, a gym and a spa. Mostly, though, as someone new to the city, I appreciated how welcoming, helpful and simply friendly all the staff were.

I stay here regularly, but I have to bring my own pillow if I want a good night's sleep and to avoid waking up with a stiff neck. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking. The pillows are like bags of air, with no volume or support, and getting help late can be tricky since reception isn't always staffed after 10pm.

The wellness area and gym were a real plus, with a lovely design and space to recharge in the morning or unwind at night. For a business trip, Wellings Parkhotel had a good mix of comfort, useful facilities and relaxation, and the stay exceeded what I expected. My room was spacious, spotless and well equipped, and it was quiet enough to rest after a busy day. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of fresh choices. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful throughout, and handled every request smoothly. I'd recommend it to business travelers looking for quality, good service and a little calm.

Great food, really nice hotel, and excellent staff.

The outdoor areas are beautiful, but the rooms are small and there are no coffee pots. There's no bathroom door, the pillows are terrible, and the bedding is basically just a comforter. King beds are limited, and they charge extra for two twin beds. There aren't any drawers by the bed either.
