There's a wide, child-friendly beach with fairly shallow water, about a 15- to 20-minute walk away. If you prefer to drive, inexpensive parking is available near the beach. In the other direction, inland, you can get to the marina, and there are plenty of shops nearby. For meals out, there's a good choice of restaurants at all price points, and the property manager rents bicycles. The newly renovated apartment is modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished, with everything supplied. It works for two to four people and is in a very quiet area. There's also a glass-covered terrace and a large garden with seating and a barbecue.

We had a really nice stay in this holiday apartment, and it had everything we needed. The garden is shared with the neighbors and the property isn't fully fenced. That didn't bother us, but dog owners may want to know.

Walking in and finding the apartment like this was pretty unsettling. The carpets are due to be replaced, and the pillows on the beds barely qualify as pillows anymore. The kitchen floor was dirty in ordinary areas as well as in the corners, and there was a glass of sparkling wine on the dresser. From the condition of the place, it seemed to have been left by the cleaning lady, though I don't want to accuse anyone. I don't blame the owner so much as whoever manages, cleans, or maintains the apartment. The boss really ought to keep an eye on the staff.

The owner was quick to sort out the little issues, which we appreciated. With small children, the walk to the beach takes a bit more than 15 minutes, but there's plenty to do with kids here. The furnishings are lovely, and the place is super comfortable. Highly recommended.
