IntercityHotel Karlsruhe

The hotel looks nice and modern. Breakfast choices rotate, so you only get the same things again every 4-5 days. That works well for a short trip.

I liked staying here for business and would come back. The location is good, though the parking isn't nearby, and breakfast has lots of choices, so I'd recommend it. The room cleaning could be better: bath towels aren't changed unless you ask, and I think they should do that automatically.

At IntercityHotel Karlsruhe near the Hauptbahnhof, what I appreciated most was the staff. They were kind, easy to approach, and ready to help without hovering. I really enjoyed my stay :))

It's a great base for day trips from Karlsruhe, just steps from the train station. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early after our flight, and they stored our bags until check-in. The linens were clean and lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the large shower had great pressure. The duvet was much too hot for me, so I took it off and slept under just the sheets. Soap and shampoo were running low. During our four-day stay, there was no maid service even though we asked for it on the third night and left a note on the door. None of the supplies were replenished, and the toilet paper was critically low. We got back late and were too tired to return to the front desk, so we made do. I'd stay again, but would make sure the supplies were topped up.
