The rooms are clean and fairly standard, with a pleasant view over the industrial harbor. There's a restaurant in the hotel that's said to serve excellent fish, though I haven't eaten there myself. A nice, decent place in Karlsruhe.

When I said I'd arrive at 11 pm, I was told, “You're too late for us. Better find a different hotel.” That's not what you want to hear when you're looking for hospitality. They also wouldn't tell me the price over the phone, saying they'd let me know when I arrived. It felt like a shady practice.

A real little gem in Karlsruhe's industrial harbor. The rooms have air conditioning, the staff are lovely, and the restaurant has excellent food and wine. It's a bit on the expensive side.
