Ferienwohnung Stark

We picked the Schäferwagen at the Stark family while cycling the Danube Cycle Path. It’s a charming place, with its own toilet and shower in a separate building next door, plus a separate bike shed. The big table in the middle felt awkward and left little room to move, though thankfully it folds up.

The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help, and we’d gladly recommend the apartments. There are two of them, both fully furnished, spacious, and equipped to a high standard. They’re in a quiet part of Weilheim, with covered parking and a bike room with electrical hookups. More about the service to come!

We were glad to find a place at short notice on a hot summer day and spend the night in the Stark family’s thoughtfully furnished shepherd’s wagon. It was a cozy, easygoing stay, and the private bathroom and great amenities would make a longer visit comfortable too. Thanks so much!

The countryside around the farm is lovely, and its central position makes it handy for all kinds of trips. It’s a sweet family-run holiday farm with animals and plenty to keep kids busy, though it isn’t an active livestock farm. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped, and breakfast was good. The beds felt quite worn, which was the one thing we didn’t like. We didn’t stay in the “barrel,” but it seemed like a fun idea, and the guests who did were happy. We were satisfied and would come back.
