Hey Lou Hotel Frankfurt Airport

For a one-night connection, the free shuttle was a big help and saved about 50 EUR for the return trip. Self check-in went smoothly, and the restaurant came through: my Flammkuchen was fresh and very reasonably priced. The beer from the on-site brewery was good, though it seems it's closing soon because demand is low, which feels like a shame. The room needs more attention. It felt dated, and cleanliness was below par, with hair on the sheets, an issue I noticed others had mentioned too. Still, at 50 EUR the standard was better than many places in that price bracket. It did what I needed for a short airport stop, though the basics need closer care.

The shuttle was such a convenience, and the hotel emails the directions and schedule for finding it. I was pleasantly surprised by the tidy room and its nice interior. This was my first self check-in, and it was soooo cool! Breakfast looked good, though I didn't try it. A handy choice for an overnight layover.

After my flight was cancelled, I needed somewhere to recover from a stressful day, and this hotel worked out really well. The staff were especially kind and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, with a bed comfortable enough to get some proper rest. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted great, and I really liked the coffee. The restaurant area was clean and well kept as well. Getting to the airport takes about 20 minutes for Terminal 1, with another five minutes to Terminal 2. I'd recommend it.

Being laid over after a cancelled flight was the best experience I've had. The airline covered this hotel, and the transfer was quick. Staff were efficient, capable and friendly, so everything moved faster than I've seen elsewhere. They served us a buffet dinner with fresh, clean food. The room was comfortable, and breakfast from the buffet was fantastic. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
