The apartment is modernly furnished and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We spent a lovely few days there in Kiel-Holtenau at the beginning of March. It’s in a quiet but central spot, a good base for exploring the Baltic coast, the Holstein Switzerland region, and its attractions. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would definitely vacation there again.

The waterfront, with its pubs and restaurants, and the little canal ferry to Kiel are only a five-minute bike ride away. We’d happily stay here again. This is a great apartment for a small family visiting Kiel and the surrounding area. It’s in the lovely suburb of Holtenau, quiet despite the small private-plane airfield, with allotment gardens around it and a lovely garden of its own. The apartment is bright and modern. The landlords are friendly, welcoming, and easy-going, and they pay close attention to detail.

For a spontaneous vacation, we couldn’t have picked better. There are lots of great beaches nearby, and the harbor isn’t far away. The apartment is beautiful, with lovely attention to detail, and we felt at home right away. It’s in a very nice, quiet location, and the friendly landlords are happy to share information. I’d give it six stars.

We felt very comfortable here, and the price was reasonable. It’s a lovely little apartment, tastefully furnished and very clean, with everything you need. The landlords are really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful time. We’ll be back.
