We were held up by traffic and arrived 10-15 minutes late, but the hotel manager didn't wait for us or offer to leave the room keys, as many hotels do now. Our reservation was canceled unilaterally, and the 175 euros charged to my card weren't returned. On the phone, the managers were rude and acted arrogantly. It shouldn't be handled this way. We had to find another hotel that evening and pay another 200 euros. The feeling that we'd been brazenly cheated stayed with us. The hotel itself may be good, but the staff are rogues. I can't recommend staying here; it's better not to get involved.

Klaus and his wife were among the kindest, most helpful people I've met. They went far out of their way to make sure I was looked after, and I've never been treated so well by staff in my life. Absolutely amazing. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!

After a full day driving with a child, we had to urgently find somewhere else to sleep for the night. The owner had told us guests were accepted until 22:00, but didn't wait for us to arrive. He also charged money to my card and refuses to return it. I can't recommend this place to anyone.
