The family room for four was really comfortable, and we found it good value for money. The staff were very friendly, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. One thing to know: they charge an extra 15 euro for a toddler's extra bed, even though the four-person reservation already includes them.

We stayed in the King Suite, which had plenty of room, two separate rooms, and a large balcony. It was clean and comfortable, and the service was great. Our nicest stay so far on our European vacation. If you're visiting Koblenz, I highly recommend the Top Hotel Kramer.

The room was nice and reasonably priced, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's relatively quiet despite being close to the train station, with nice restaurants nearby. I'd definitely come back if we're in Koblenz again.

The modern interiors were new and very clean, and the toiletries were well prepared. The staff and surroundings were lovely, and the hotel made me feel welcome. I had a great time in Koblenz. I wasn't sure about breakfast but enjoyed trying it. I thought it was included, and when I asked the staff at check-in, they confirmed that. But at checkout I was charged far more than what I ate. They should make the cost clear before the stay. Still, I liked the hotel, so never mind.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were really helpful. My superior room felt spacious and was clean and well presented. The curtains kept it properly dark, which was great. With the window open it got a little noisy, though still acceptable. There were only two English-language TV channels.
