Both rooms we booked let in a lot of morning sun because the curtains weren’t blackout, especially the ones facing the sun. That’s my one small note. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay in a quiet hotel with beautiful views, spacious rooms, and extremely friendly staff. As a vegan family, we were impressed by the extra effort they made to give us an excellent vegan breakfast. Highly recommended!

The on-site restaurant has a small menu, but the food is delicious, and breakfast is a good buffet. Our cozy room had an awesome view of the Elbe, and the staff were very nice. The train tracks and station are quite close, so it can be a bit loud now and then.

For a 3-star hotel, the price was excellent. The food was very good, and the hygiene and air treatment for COVID-19 were well arranged. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and when we had something special to arrange, they helped us sort it out neatly. A luxurious hotel.

A nice, quiet hotel with a spacious room, good breakfast, and a good location overlooking the Elbe river. The front desk lady acted strict and as though she couldn’t speak English. Parking costs 3 euro per day.

We visited Konigstein with the family and stayed at this hotel on the mountain river side of town. The rooms are spacious and look out over the river Elbe. Breakfast was good and German, and dinner had tasty German specials like pommes and Schnitzel, with wild and vegeatarian choices.
