We needed some flexibility because construction work could delay our plans, and mentioned this by phone when booking for about three weeks. The booking details were only approximate, and we told the hotel around two weeks ahead that we would leave six days earlier. They still charged us the full amount and weren’t willing to work with us. That felt very unfriendly to customers. In my view, this place only works if your dates are completely fixed, which makes it hard for companies to book. A real shame.

We stayed in the accessible room and everything worked out perfectly. The entrance was step-free, the TV was great, and checking in very late was no problem. The whole process was uncomplicated.

The rooms were uncomfortable and really noisy, with a car repair shop in the building. There’s no toilet or bathroom in the room, just a shared bathroom in the hallway, and there was mold in the corners. Parking outside was almost impossible because old cars from the neighboring dealership filled the spaces. No staff were there, and getting anyone on the phone was difficult. The pictures bear little resemblance to what you actually get. And the way cancellations were handled was outrageous!

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly, but at €99 it felt far too expensive for what was basically a youth hostel. Our attic room in June was unbearably hot, and we couldn’t ventilate it because the IKEA blind was too wide for the window. The room was tiny, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the bathroom was shared, none of which matched the description on the hotel’s own website.
