The winery tour and wine tasting were a real highlight of our week here. We were invited to take part, and loved it. Our apartment was bright, roomy, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with a balcony looking out over vineyards stretching as far as you can see. We stayed with our children, aged 8 and 10.

We had a lovely evening tasting several wines from Winnebeck. The vineyard and guesthouse are beautiful, and the room has everything you need.

That huge terrace overlooking the vineyards along the Moselle was the best part of our stay at the Winnebeck Winery. It was just right for having a glass of wine at the end of the day. The apartment was practical and thoughtfully furnished, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. It's a great area for hiking, and having wine on hand was a nice bonus. Gerrit's Spätlese from the steep slopes is excellent quality for the price. You can also stop for a couple of bottles while out cycling. Gerrit speaks fluent English and is happy to tell guests from further afield about the region's winemaking traditions. We'd love to come back.

The wine cellar tour and tasting evening made our holiday, and we'd definitely return. We had a wonderful week with lovely hosts and a superb apartment overlooking the vineyards. The bread roll service was excellent, and we really liked the idea of the wine rack stocked with the house's own wines. There was plenty to choose from, at affordable prices.
