The salad was tasty, though pricey. The toilet was fancy.

The restaurant food was good, though some portions didn't seem worth the price. Breakfast was okay but limited, with no scrambled eggs, for example. We spent three days in deluxe room 1. It was large and had everything we needed, but the bathroom was tiny, around 4 square meters. There was no mirror light, and the broken shower seal left the bathroom wet after every shower. The TV was awkwardly placed: too far to watch from the sofa, and from bed I could only see it from the left, with a bedpost blocking the right side.

The location worked perfectly for day trips by bike or car, and we'd love to come back. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, breakfast was ample, and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The service was friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant has a very cozy feel and seems to be keeping up with the times. Breakfast was truly excellent, the price reasonable, and the rooms, while a bit dated, were clean. We arrived spontaneously because the phone number online was wrong. The owners were friendly and helpful throughout. One downside: it felt like the town shut down after 9 pm, though maybe that was because we visited between the holidays.
