The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It’s right by the train station, and we’d stay here again if we came back to Krefeld.

The staff were friendly and greeted us with smiles. The WiFi was strong, breakfast was delicious, and the underground parking was spacious. The noise from urban transport did get in the way a little and kept us from fully enjoying the pleasant atmosphere.

We came to Krefeld, Germany for an Erasmus project and stayed here as a group of about six. Everyone was happy with the hotel and had a positive experience. Thanks for the great assistance! ❤️🇩🇪❤️

The staff are friendly, but the rooms were very bad. There was a smell, and the bathroom was very old-fashioned. The reception is empty from 8 PM until the next day, and nobody answered the emergency number there.
