The location was excellent, with three restaurants less than a minute away, and we hope to return next year. Our spacious room had a large balcony that we especially enjoyed. The osserbad pass was great for our young family, and the breakfasts were lovely. Ramona gave us excellent service during our fantastic stay at this traditional guesthouse on Lam market square. Highly recommend.

Lam is set in a beautiful area, and Großer Arber is only about 30 km away. Hotel Bräukeller sits right on the market square in the center of town. The rooms are decent and come with balconies.

The food was excellent, and the owner really did his best to meet our wishes. We found the bowling alley clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless, including the bathroom and shower, with no mold, and we slept very well on the mattresses. It's a good traditional hotel for simple, reasonably priced accommodation. Many thanks to the owner and his team.

The fresh cakes and pastries at the café are worth a mention, and breakfast was just as good, with plenty of regional food brought in fresh each day. The rolls came from the baker every morning, not pre-baked from Coppenrath & Wiese. We spent 11 days at Hotel Bräukeller and found it a hidden gem in Lam. Our room was very spacious and spotless, and the whole hotel was quiet. Breakfast and service were first-class. Mr. Thomas Penzkofer was such a kind, attentive, and accommodating host. I've rarely met someone like him. Best wishes and thanks, Thomas Böse.
