6/10
The food was decent but expensive, and a couple of lovely girls served us. Biggi, the waiter, let the place down. We sat for nearly an hour before he asked whether we wanted food, and during the roughly two hours we were there, he never cracked a smile. His air of disinterest and displeasure was so striking it actually made us laugh. The beer garden itself was cosy and clean, with lots of tables under big parasols. The menu was limited but had a few vegetarian choices. We ordered vegetable fried rice with almonds and chanterelle mushroom risotto, and both were delicious. All in all, it was an okay place.

The service was very responsive, and the Bavarian food was up to a good standard. Shame they were out of Bretzels, though. Otherwise, just great!

The food was great, and there's a large private parking area. It's a good hotel too.
