Boardinghaus Bayerwaldpark

The room was nicely furnished and clean overall, though a corner or two could have used a more thorough clean. Having a kitchen in the room was a real plus, so I could cook in the evening or whenever I wanted. The utensils could be more varied, perhaps with a spatula or a decent ladle. There was only a brief interaction with staff at check-in. Check-out was simple: I just left the key in the box outside.

Everything was very clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Supermarkets, bus stops, McDonald's, and other things you need are nearby. The owner was friendly, helpful, and always available with answers or information. The boarding house is in a great location and the service was excellent. We’d happily come back. All the best!

I’m satisfied with how clean everything was. The owner and staff were very nice. Thank you!

We stayed here with colleagues because our construction sites were nearby. The rooms are spacious and modern, with good Wi-Fi. Not all the rooms were occupied, and since we were on night shifts, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. There’s a TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, two-burner ceramic cooktop, dishes and cutlery, safe, clothes rack, and hairdryer in each room. Exterior blinds and blackout curtains make the rooms very dark, which was great for sleeping during the day. As you’d expect in a boarding house, the rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, only after checkout. Reception staff were very friendly and let us park our bikes in the garage, leave a few things in the room over the weekend, and keep our key cards. That was excellent service. Within walking distance there’s a Netto supermarket, butcher, and Asian restaurant. A little farther along are McDonald's, Rossmann, a pizzeria, and an Edeka with a bakery.
