Hotel Hannover Airport by Premiere Classe

Way overpriced, with worn-out rooms. Breakfast was either overcooked or just wasn't there. There was no shampoo in the shower, and to top it off, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Just find somewhere else to stay.

It's a basic but decent hotel, and the staff were very friendly. The bus stop for the airport bus is almost right out front, so it's perfect for an overnight stay before a morning flight.

The bathroom was okay, and that's the only positive. The rooms were old and shabby, with poor lighting and dirty carpets. The plugs didn't work, and the window glass was cracked. It's very expensive, even for a better-quality hotel. The train station is a short walk away for getting to the airport.

The rooms had lighting problems, and we couldn't get basic things sorted. My colleagues and I asked for an electric kettle to boil water, but it seemed they might have had only one at reception. When I needed a taxi for a 4 a.m. flight, the receptionist said they don't pre-book taxis. I called the company myself and asked the hotel staff member to give them the hotel name. The taxi didn't show at 4, and the company told me there were two hotels with the same name and asked for the address. It arrived at 4:05 while I was still on the phone. The staff member must have known about the duplicate hotel name, so I don't understand why she didn't clarify the address. I understand that prices go up during major exhibitions, but I can't understand the lack of service. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. Don't stay here unless they learn how to provide decent service.
