The setting is lovely, and the space feels both luxurious and restful. The hospitality and food were excellent. This was my second visit, and I’m sure I’ll return.

We found the rooms spotless, with really pretty decorations, and the location was ideal for hiking. The food was a big part of what we loved: there were delicious vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everyone was so friendly, and the service was amazing.

The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the whole stay was such a pleasure. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was very, very good. Everyone was extremely friendly, with top-notch attention and service.

We left immediately because the room we were shown was so far below what we expected for the high price. The receptionist understood when we raised the issue. This was the same receptionist who had left us waiting at check-in while he smoked outside, even though he saw us struggling up the hill with our luggage. Later, after we complained to Booking.com about the disappointing room, the hotel claimed it had offered us another one. That is simply untrue. The place felt a bit shabby and very unreliable, charging high-end prices it has no claim to.
