There was no staff, no breakfast, no service at all, and no one picked up the listed contact number. Booking.com said the restaurant would be open, but it wasn't. I found cleaning tablets instead of coffee capsules, and my neighbor in the next room had no capsules either, not even cleaning tablets. The front door was left unlocked overnight. I booked the room on Booking.com. Never again in this dump!

We had a really fun time playing on the golf course, which was in good condition.

The rooms are spacious but cold, and there was no welcome when we arrived. The bathroom had no hot water, and there was no breakfast. It was impossible to reach anyone. The mobile numbers weren't assigned to the hotel, the landline numbers rang unanswered, and nobody replied to Booking.com messages or emails. I couldn't even get an invoice for the company. I don't recommend this hotel.

Wi-Fi barely worked, and overall this felt closer to 1.5 stars than 2. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. But our booked room had been given to another guest, so check-in only happened after a phone call. Breakfast, which we'd booked and had confirmed, wasn't available the first morning. They credited just €5 as “compensation.” On the second morning, the breakfast room was open, but the selection was very limited. At least the scrambled egg was decent.

The rooms are great, but I wouldn't recommend this place for a business trip. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, and there was no cell reception or mobile internet. Some staff seemed grumpy and unmotivated, and the breakfast buffet had more dead flies than rolls. During our two-week stay, we never felt comfortable. The worst moment was when a staff member, perhaps the manager, told my colleague that “guests like us aren't welcome here” after we asked why the paid breakfast hadn't been served over the weekend. Maybe it's nice for a golf trip if you fit in with the right crowd. You also can't pay after breakfast every day. We'll stay somewhere else next time.
