The harbor view was gorgeous, and we could walk to restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. Our modern, roomy apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and breakfast was excellent. The host was especially friendly and made the stay memorable. We'd happily come back.

The breakfast was included and turned out to be a real bright spot. It was set out as a buffet for the apartments by very friendly staff, since the restaurant attached to the "townhouse" was closed. Everything there was great. We spent a week here with our children. Getting the key from the box was easy, and after a long drive we were glad to arrive at the cute terraced apartment. Inside, it was spacious and tidy, with a welcome sign and treats like beer, water, and sausage specialties. The beds and kitchen seemed clean, and the small bathroom was practical. The apartment was nicely decorated too. The cleanliness outside was disappointing. The veranda-like area at the front was covered in thick cobwebs that looked much older than a few days. When we opened the balcony door, two spiders fell out, and both chairs were covered in webs. The listing suggested a harbor view, but we actually looked out at an old hall and a courtyard like a parking lot. No one wanted to sit out there anyway. It was summer, and the place clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The first shower also showed that the drain was badly clogged, leaving us with an unintended footbath. The exhaust fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while either. The kitchen was short on basics, for example there should be at least four bowls for four people. I also really missed having a simple vacuum cleaner. With children, long hair, and beach trips, being able to vacuum the bathroom and kitchen now and then would have been useful. After reading the reviews, I was disappointed by the cleanliness and similar issues. When I checked again, most of them were from older guests, so it seems things haven't improved overall.

We felt really at home in the apartments. Breakfast was delicious, and the woman serving us treated us and the other guests with such care and attention. Just lovely, five stars 😄.

The apartments were lovely. The kitchen basics, like plates and cutlery, were a little limited, but fine for two people. Breakfast was delicious, and Lisa, the woman from the shipyard restaurant, looked after us so well. Great value for the money.
