They could have earned at least €500 from my stay, but now they get nothing. I called about booking the vacation home for the next [at least 5] days, and Mrs. Ingwersen said one person wasn’t worth it and asked if I couldn’t stay in a hotel. I don’t understand why they rent it out if €500 is just peanuts to them.

We were very comfortable in holiday home Utspann. It’s well equipped and sits beside the Lecker Au, peaceful but conveniently located. The owners are really friendly. During our lovely week at the end of October, we took day trips to Sylt, the Nolde Museum, and Tønder in Denmark. We even got to enjoy the beach on Sylt in glorious sunshine without jackets, despite it being late October.

The food was really good, and there was plenty of it. Service was friendly and excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.
