The apartment had plenty of clothes storage and an old flatscreen TV, and it's in a nice old building with high ceilings. It was fairly well equipped, though the kitchen lacked a proper oven. There were some serious problems. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and under the sheet I found a mattress topper covered in thousands of sharp little lumps, as shown in the image. I also got bitten by a lot of bed bugs. The bathroom smelled strongly of drains, as if the trap on the sink or shower wasn't working properly. There was no proper dining table either. The only table was about 45 cm tall, so it was mostly useless except as a coffee table.

Steffen, Laura, and Milow have renovated everything and are doing a fantastic job. Each room is being redone in its own style right now. The apartments are amazing, and Kyoto is my favorite. I had a wonderful time in Leipzig.

We had a relaxing, comfortable stay and slept well. The bed was very comfortable, and we really liked the spacious, bright first-floor apartment, with its large windows and well-equipped rooms. A few small things could use attention, but they weren't a problem. Booking was straightforward, and the landlord was pleasant to deal with. We'd gladly come back.

The apartment is very spacious, with plenty of room and a great shower. The bed was excellent and comfortable, though I wouldn't recommend the sofa bed for a longer stay. Furnishings are very basic, and a little more wouldn't hurt. A few small things could use some care, perhaps a screwdriver or paintbrush, but nothing major. The location is great, with a view of the stadium and good transport connections. The swimming pool, restaurants, city harbor, and shops are all within a five-minute walk, while Brühl and the city center are about 20 minutes away. The street-facing windows are very noisy, so it's best to keep them closed. In warmer months, though, there's no other option, and the apartment gets very hot and stuffy.
