I was on the 6th floor, and the room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with great water pressure. Breakfast was high quality with lots of variety, and all the staff were competent and friendly. I have no idea where the negative reviews come from. Did we stay in different hotels? I stayed three nights. Another plus is the Hauptbahnoff train station, which has a full mall across two basement levels. There was great food and shopping, including Aldi, where I bought some stationery. When did you last see a stationery shop??

The studio was quite spacious for three people, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was awesome, with all the basics and a good range of eggs, cereal, and more. I was honestly surprised by how convenient it was for both early flights and seeing the city. It's directly across from the transit station and a five-minute walk from the historic center. Public parking is two to three minutes away and costs 7€ per day. As a Genius member on Booking.com, I thought the value was unbeatable.

My dad and I stayed two nights, and the location across from the train station was very convenient. Breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel, but what mattered most was how well the front desk staff looked after us, particularly Nikolas Comi.

The pillows were incredibly flat, about as useful as stuffing a T-shirt into a pillowcase. The room was near 80° during our two-night stay, and we were miserable. I didn't sleep at all. I booked because the listing said there was air conditioning, but there wasn't. The hotel only turns it on during certain seasons, and even then you can't control the temperature in your own room, except to make it warmer, right? This place was way below standard.

The staff moved us to a small room facing the courtyard, and we slept much better there. Our air conditioning had stopped working, though, and leaving the windows open wasn't a good fix with our room facing Leipzig Hbf. Trams and traffic carried on all night.
