The reception staff were really helpful, and the complex was clean with friendly residents. We loved the lovely ground-floor pool and enjoyed our stay so much that we’ll definitely come back. Our apartment was a little old-fashioned in style but well equipped and perfectly adequate. The panoramic view across Lake Constance was beautiful, and in the morning you can watch the Zeppelin over breakfast.

We had a well-equipped apartment, though the kitchen and bathroom felt a bit dated. There’s also a free indoor pool, and the grounds are spacious, with lawn, private parking, and a fantastic view of the mountains and Lake Constance. The building has an elevator, but its safety inspection has expired, and it only reaches the fourth of five floors. Dogs aren’t allowed.

September was pleasantly quiet, and I especially liked the good-sized pool. The complex is clean and well maintained, though it’s probably around 50 years old. We rented an apartment for people with dogs. It was furnished for that, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed.

The building had a strong smoke smell as soon as I walked in, and that personally bothered me. The pool on the ground floor is nice to use, although I thought it could be cleaner. The setting is quite nice, with a beautiful view reaching Lake Constance. It’s centrally located, and supermarkets and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. Friedrichshafen is about 20 minutes away, while Markdorf takes under 10. Otherwise, everything was fine.
