8/10
It looks pretty gloomy from the outside, but inside it was clean and pleasant. The room was comfortable and everything was in order.

4/10
The pillows were much too soft. Also, there were no fresh vegetables at breakfast, so vegetarians might want to skip it.

There are some really good places to eat nearby, and the breakfast room isn't too large. The location itself is nice and quiet.

10/10
The staff were friendly, and the hotel felt lovely and cosy. I'd happily come back.

4/10
The family room felt small, and the whole hotel seemed old, with dated furnishings and very depressing wall colours. They also required a €50 security deposit, which struck me as strange. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee, and no complimentary bottle of water.
