The place looks fairly plain from outside, but we got a really friendly welcome and the location is great. Inside, everything feels new, high quality, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished. I'd have given five stars if the guesthouse hadn't seemed fully booked, because two bathrooms for the floor weren't enough.

Mr. H. was very friendly, and there were lots of places to eat within about 200 meters, from restaurants to coffee shops and snack bars. We booked a room for four, two adults and two children, with no problem. The rooms are clean and modern, and the stylish accommodation is quite different from what the exterior suggests. It's a small guesthouse in central Leipzig, and the shared bathroom and shower were a real nuisance.

The owner was very nice, and we felt right at home in the spacious rooms. We'd happily return.
