Leipziger Logis

The dog in the garden was especially sweet, very friendly and well behaved, and didn't bark even when we returned late. We stayed as five people during the 2025 Leipzig Book Fair. The apartment was roomy and very well equipped, especially for families with children, and the kitchen had us well prepared. It's in a pleasantly quiet spot, with easy train access into Leipzig. One small note for anyone walking with a lot of luggage, the neighborhood sidewalks aren't in great shape.

We were there for almost three weeks, and the spacious apartment had everything for a longer stay. It was lovingly furnished with quality items, and there were even loads of clothes hangers, more than I've ever had before. The hosts were extremely accommodating, and their useful tips, sometimes witty and with photos, are worth a read. We could use the lovely garden, and our boys made full use of the huge trampoline. Picking up the key from a safe meant we didn't have to stick to a set time. The location is well connected, with the tram and S-Bahn nearby and plenty of parking right outside. The only drawback was the August heat, up to 34 degrees Celsius (93 degrees Fahrenheit), which made sleeping under the roof difficult. The fans didn't do much.

The hostess was wonderful, and we'd love to return. It's a green, quiet area, a little outside the center. The apartment is spacious, with comfortable beds and all the equipment we needed. There are plenty of games too, handy for long rainy days with children.

The hostess was so friendly and accommodating, and the place was spotless and beautifully furnished. A great choice if you're traveling with small children.
