The village surroundings are pretty, the bathroom was very nice, and the shower was wide and comfortable. The staff I met all spoke English, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of variety, and the staff kindly opened the restaurant early for us since we were away for work from early morning until early evening. But basic things kept turning into a hassle after our 10-hour workdays. The Wi-Fi was useless even at full strength, usually stuck looking for an IP address. We reported it five times in the first week, and each fix lasted only a few hours at best. I eventually bought a cable and used my laptop as a hotspot, but had to ask separately to get the room port working. It still stopped connecting, and I had to ask twice more in later weeks. Getting online took about half an hour each evening, or we gave up, for roughly half of our three-week stay. Oddly, it worked fine once more guests arrived in our area. Room cleaning was unpredictable too. We had to ask for the first cleaning after a week, then it happened automatically again two days later. There was no microwave in the kitchen, and we had to buy our own dish sponge and cleaner. The bathroom had no way to clear the smell after using the toilet, and without a window screen I was catching bugs the next morning. The bedroom and living room air conditioning would randomly start at 16 Celsius. I once sat outside reading with it switched off, then came back two hours later to a freezing room. Another time it started during the night and I woke up cold and ill. I also lost my keys and expected a fee around 30-40 euros, since it only takes copying a key. The 95 euro charge felt brutal, especially after we'd spent over 6000 euros for three people staying three weeks in the off-season. I was hoping for a bit more tolerance. The place is very pretty, but I don't think we had a single day without some strange frustration over basic needs.

Our group had a spectacular company party here, and the beautiful scenery among the vineyard hills made the occasion. The building itself was gorgeous, and the staff went out of their way to help. We stayed in a townhome with several bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, which was more than I expected. Between the pool, bowling alley, and bars, there was always something to do. I'd recommend it highly.

The food was delicious, and the swimming pool and Sona were at their best. Staff and service were good too. I was here on a business trip, and I really liked the concept. The rooms weren't soundproof, though. Four stars for the rooms.

The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that my husband and I both woke up sore after a terrible night's sleep. The outside of the houses looks cute, but inside it was another story. The couch in the main living area smelled of old cigarettes, and the shower had duct tape holding part of it together. Bathroom tiles were cracked and broken. This didn't feel like a resort stay at all.
