Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and our room was spacious enough and clean. We only stayed one night, but it was a very pleasant visit. The staff were very helpful, and the location was nice for a short walk nearby. We also had beer and April Spritz at the bar, and everything was perfect.

A big parking area, a nice view of the big willow, and a good breakfast. The room was super clean and comfortable, and being close to the highway made it a great place to rest during a trip.

The hotel leaves water bottles in the room, then charges 5€ at checkout if you use them, without telling you beforehand. Nasty trick! The Asian staff also have trouble speaking English.

We were very dissatisfied with both the service and how the situation was handled. The staff seemed noticeably unfriendly, and although we explained that we’d accidentally booked one extra night because of an overbooking on our part, they offered neither a refund nor any goodwill gesture. Such a disappointing hotel experience.

Clean rooms, a good breakfast, helpful staff who speak English (not often in east Germany :)), and a good price. It’s close to the motorway too. I’ll definitely stay there again.
