The staff were amazing, always smiling, helpful, and keen to make you feel welcome. The food was quite good, and everything was clean. My room was small and so was the bed, but it was okay. The shower head was broken, and there was quite a bit of noise from nearby trains and major roads.

Everyone on staff was nice and helpful. My room was clean and cozy, and although there's a railway nearby, I could hear it only a little. The shower can get really hot, which is a plus. I also tried the small fitness room, which has some basic equipment.

The room smelled like an animal barn and had a broken door, the fridge stank, and the coffee pot was too dirty to use. The hotel has huge sanitary issues, and the receptionist in charge behaved unacceptably. When I reported that my door lock was broken, another hotel staff member confirmed it. But the 'Empfangsleiterin' told me, 'ALL the door locks are the same, no one can lock the door from inside'. After I finally got another room with a working, normal lock, I asked why she'd made up that lie. She couldn't answer. Simply sub-standard.

Very clean rooms, though a little outdated, and it's geared toward business stays. Breakfast is very good, and there are lots of extra snacks and drinks included.

The treatment here is unbeatable, that's the best thing about this hotel. They offer breakfast service, and you can also get some meals for dinner or snacks if you want.
