Everyone was very friendly.

It was very quiet around the accommodation, right on the Eggeweg trail, and breakfast was good. Renovations meant we couldn’t eat at the hotel, but there’s a restaurant 200 meters away with an extremely delicious menu. Across the street, there’s also a self-service drinks machine available 24/7. Dogs are allowed for an extra charge.

The rooms were clean and functional, and while a little dated, they were perfectly adequate. It’s a nice hotel. Breakfast was very basic, though, so €15 feels a bit steep.

The nearby highway is the one downside, since you can hear it even at night. The reception was friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was decent.

The hotel is conveniently situated on the Eggeweg and breakfast is available for overnight guests. It was still under construction during my stay. At that point it was hotel-only, with dining expected to become available in spring 2023.
