Landhaus Sonne

The breakfast buffet had so much to choose from, and we lacked for nothing during our week. Everything was clean, cared for, and furnished with real warmth. The hosts were so friendly that we felt welcome right away. We were incredibly comfortable here and enjoyed the whole stay. Thank you again! We’d happily recommend it.

The Landhaus Sonne makes a great starting point for exploring the Moselle region. It’s away from the busy tourist crowds, but still ideal for discovering the area, and the prices were very reasonable. We were a group of eight motorcyclists and spent a week there. Heidi and Stefan Hoffmann gave us exceptionally warm hospitality, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our spacious rooms were clean and well maintained, the food was delicious, and the website really does reflect what you get. We all felt at ease and wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

A lovely place to stay, with a really sweet hostess.

It’s wonderfully peaceful, with deer wandering past and outdoor seating at the hotel. There’s plenty of parking, and a walking and cycling path starts right nearby. By car, the Mosel is only a few kilometers away. Our apartment was beautifully decorated, and the terrace had a stunning view of the surroundings. The bathroom is quite small, though it has everything we need. The place is spotless, the owners are incredibly friendly, and breakfast is generous and delicious. Highly recommended!
