There was a good car park on the property and such a lovely view of the river and castle. Staff were welcoming, and the simple rooms were comfortable. I marked it down a little for the noise: we heard a lot of banging all night and couldn't figure out where it came from.

The location in Limburg is very nice, and the rooms were fairly spacious. Some things felt a little dated, especially the bathrooms, but breakfast was nice. Parking was somewhat limited.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, and although parking was a little tight, we did find a space. It worked really well for us as an overnight stop on our way down through Germany.

By the river, the hotel makes a lovely base in a town that reminds me of York or Chester, with beautiful cobbled Streets and lovely old buildings.
