The bar had nice pizza, and everything was good value. I slept well and the shower was great. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the staff made us feel welcome even though it was raining. Had a really good stay last night.

We had a family room, and the extra beds were full-sized and already made when we checked in. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a selection of premium teas, and the coffee was great. A really pleasant stay.
10/10
A small, clean hotel in a really handy location, with amenities and breakfast included.
4/10
The receptionist was kind and helped me check in early, so my arrival started well. After that, though, the handover between staff seemed really poor. I asked reception twice and other colleagues about three times for room service, but nobody came. During my 11-night stay, they cleaned the room and replenished supplies just once. That's not a huge or unreasonable request, and I'm disappointed. I travel around Germany a lot, but I won't stay at Premier Inn Duisburg again.

The staff were so friendly, and everything was amazing. I loved it.
