I stayed for eight months while looking for a permanent place after first arriving in Germany. I needed a short-term apartment that allowed registration, and this one suited me perfectly. It’s modern, clean, and fully furnished with everything I needed. It’s not in central Duisburg, but that was okay.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and the shower room was great. Getting to the main train station meant taking an Uber, though that wasn't a problem for me. A bit closer would have earned it five stars. Good value if you want somewhere a little out of town, and I’d recommend it.

The flat had a nice bed, kitchen, bathroom, and spaces for dining and relaxing, though the decor was a bit spartan. The area felt safe, but it was incredibly dull: there’s literally nowhere nearby to get food or a drink on foot. Landschaftspark is close and beautiful, but has no shops, bars, or restaurants.

Booking was easy, and the apartment made a perfect starting point for a visit to the landscaped park. It has three beds, a living room, and a kitchen, with decent equipment for a weekend.
